The Financial GRC Summit is pleased to welcome Jenn Naudin, US Chief Compliance Officer at GoCardless, to this year’s speaker lineup. Jenn will join a panel of industry leaders examining how organizations can turn strong compliance programs into a strategic advantage.
Jenn is a compliance executive with more than 18 years of experience in money transmission licensing, financial services compliance, and AML/BSA compliance. At GoCardless, she oversees regulatory filings and compliance matters in the United States and Canada, money transmission licenses, and the implementation of AML/CFT and sanctions compliance programs.
Prior to GoCardless, Jenn spent more than six years at Nium, Inc. as a Compliance Officer for the United States and Canada. During her time there, she led BSA/AML and product risk assessments, managed regulatory examinations and bank partner relationships, and directed the compliance strategy supporting the company’s Banking-as-a-Service offerings.
Her experience spans the full arc of fintech regulatory work, from initial state licensing strategy and pre-filing engagement with banking commissioners to building scalable KYC/KYB onboarding processes and managing ongoing relationships with bank partners and examiners.
Jenn will participate in the panel discussion, “Compliance as a Growth Engine: Turning Regulation into Competitive Advantage.”
