Manjari is a financial services compliance leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning the full credit lifecycle, from originations through servicing and collections. In her current role at Tilt Finance, she focuses on building scalable compliance programs and integrating compliance into business and product decision-making.
Manjari began her career in the mortgage industry, where she developed extensive experience building and evolving compliance programs in response to the establishment of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
Prior to joining Tilt Finance, Manjari served as Chief Compliance and BSA Officer at a regional bank, where she led the development and transformation of the bank’s compliance and BSA programs. Throughout her career, she has focused on translating complex regulatory expectations into practical, sustainable compliance frameworks that support effective risk management while also addressing the operational needs of the business.
Manjari will participate in the peer-to-peer session, “Scaling Compliance Without Slowing Growth: Frameworks That Work.” The discussion will examine one of the core challenges facing financial institutions: how to meet regulatory requirements while maintaining the agility needed to support business growth.
